Sero negative Arthritis
Spondyloarthropathy is a connective tissue disease including rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis. However, this term is used for a special disease group with same significant characteristics in general, especially for “sero-negative spondyloarthropathies (SpA)”. Spondyloarthropathies are rheumatologic diseases that have common genetic, epidemiologic, clinical and radiological characteristics. They primarily involve the sacroiliac joints and spine, and other organs in the heterogeneous type.
